- Support Product Owner in writing User stories, prioritizing the features in Product backlog

- Communicate and escalate the blocked issues to managers and expert team

- Specify the business needs of the clients
- Estimate project effort with the expert team and Produce project planning
- Communicate directly with clients for project resources change, development progress, business requirement clarification
- Monitor the project development and delivery daily. Report monthly project status to project director
- Identify the risk and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Communicate with relevant departments such as HR, IT, managers to acquire all human and material resources needed for projects
- Organize the project meetings: Kick-off, Planning, Status report, Closing
- Ensure project team earning lesson learn in both good and bad practices at the end of project

Jul 2011 – Feb 2014 | Scrum Master | Project is to develop Cloud services based on VMWare solutions. Build and maintain hybrid cloud computing system XAAS to provide cloud services as SAAS, PAAS and IAAS. These services are built based on VMware infrastructure such as vSphere, vCloud and vShield Edge.
