As Team Manager

• Provide weekly report to Technical Director and CEO. The report summarizes the status of all running projects, resource planning and also recruitment status.
• Manage team resource planning based on the actual on-track projects, opportunities for coming projects and provide an indicator of resource allocation to the hierarchy.
• Participate in employee’s annual review as assessor, help the employee to define their next objective in career path
• Improve the development process with Technical Director and other managers

As Project Manager

• Manage development projects including project planning, resource management, project progress monitoring, risk management, quality control
• Organize the project team and assign tasks based on the capacity of each individual
• Monitor project progress day-by-day and share progress with the project team via daily meeting
• Control project budget via quotation and timesheet
• Communicate with clients and management in France to ensure that the projects meet the client’s needs
• Oversee project status reporting and escalation of issues to make sure progression visibility
• Coordinate with other functional teams as IT system, Technical experts for impediment resolution to make sure the project operate smoothly
• Support bid by collecting client’s needs, providing estimation and planning
